Iomega Announces ScreenPlay Director ScreenPlay Plus and ScreenPlay TV Link HD Media Player

Iomega announces their new ScreenPlay HD media players product line, including the top of the line Iomega ScreenPlay Director HD Media Player, featuring a rich HD media player that makes it easy to browse your home network for content to watch on the TV, and also incorporates the Roxio CinemaNow entertainment platform from Sonic Solutions, giving consumers instant access to buy or rent movies and other premium entertainment from the internet to view on your TV.

Iomega ScreenPlay Director offers a Full HD 1080p playback at 24fps and support for modern HD video formats such as H.264, WMV and AVCHD. Iomega ScreenPlay Director has 1TB storage space, 3 USB host ports for external storage, a HDMI output, composite, component and optical audio, also a Ethernet LAN port, and an optional USB WiFi adapter, ScreenPlay Director price is $249.

Others than ScreenPlay Director, Iomega also announced ScreenPlay Plus and ScreenPlay TV Link Director, which is an entry-level for ScreenPlay products. Both offered for $169 and $129 respectively.
