AAXA Technologies, offers the new L1, which claimed as the first laser pico projector, utilizing laser light source, proprietary despeckling technology, and an LCos imager to provide 800×600 AVGA images with 20 lumens brightness. The L1 allows up to 50-inch image projection, it comes with a 2GB USB drive, support playback and viewing of MP3, MP2, OGG, WAV audio, AVI, MP4, WMV, ASF, MPG video; Word, Excel, Powerpoint, PDF documents; and JPEG, GIF, BMP, PNG images. The L1 comes with VGA and composite AV inputs and a 3.5mm headphone jack. It’s already available now with an asking price $599.
