Acer Unveils the D241H LCD Display

Acer launches the new D241H – a 24-inch multi-function Full HD LCD display with a built-in internet-connected media player. It has internal audio and video (.avi, .wmv, .mp4, .mov, .MPEG, .MP3, .wma, .wav) playback, and built-in image (.jpg) viewer. The D241H features 1920×1080 Full HD resolution, 300cd/m2 brightness, 80,000:1 contrast ratio, 2ms response time, and 170/160 degree viewing angle.

Other features includes an integrated multi-in-one card reader supports SD/MMC/MS/MS Pro/ xD cards and USB storage devices, supports Ethernet LAN and Wireless LAN connectivity for media streaming, real-time news and checking emails. The Acer D241H can also be functioned as schedule manager, voice/text memo holder, weather forecaster and a digital photo frame. It has HDMI and analog video inputs and comes with a remote keyboard. No words on pricing yet.
