iiView just releases the ViewPad tablet PC, which is powered by an Intel Atom 1.6GHz processor, integrated graphics, 10.2-inch touchscreen display with 1024×600 resolution, one microphone, one headphone jack, and a VGA video output. The ViewPad will comes in four models, the Model 1 with 160GB hard drive and 1GB of RAM, the Model 2 with 320GB hard drive and 2GB of RAM. These two models supports for WiFi connectivity. While the Model 3 and Model 4 has the same specs as the Model 1 and 2, but substitute the WiFi with 3G WCDMA/TD-SDCMA/CDMA 2000 support. The ViewPad is available with the price starting at $499.

Handheld Group introduced the new Algiz 7, a rugged tablet PC which mets the MIL-STD-810G military standard for withstanding humidity, vibration, drops, and extreme temperatures, also mets IP65 certification for water and dust resistant. The Algiz 7 features Intel Atom Z530 1.6GHz processor, 2GB RAM, 64GB SSD, integrated graphics, 7-inch widescreen 1024×600 LCD MaxView sunlight readable resistive touchscreen display, 2MP camera with LED light, 4+1 Navigation/directional keys, GPS support, Bluetooth 2.0+EDR, WiFi, Gobu WWAN ready, Quad-band GSM/EDGE, and quad-band EVDO mobile connectivity. The Algiz 7 will comes with Windows 7 Professional, and scheduled to be available in March 2010.

Fujitsu announce the availability of Fujitsu Lifebook T900 tablet PC which is powered by Intel Core i5-520M or Core i5-540M or Core i7-620M processor along with the Intel QM57 Mobile as it’s chipset. For the display, Fujitsu LifeBook T900 has 13.3-inch LED-backlight display with either Electro-magnetic digitizer or dual digitizer plus multitouch.
